On April 22th, the opening ceremony and the press conference of Zhongxing Auto Parts Industrial Park and Huahuan & Dila (Yichang) Exhaust System Project was held in Xiaoting District, Yichang, signifying a new progress gained in the vehicle supporting and industrial-chain cultivation of Automobile Industry Park in Yichang.

　　The Automotive Industry is a fast-developing key industry in Yichang. In 2010, the municipal government had planned to construct 6 square kilometers Automobile Industrial Park in Xiaoting District, and made every effort to introduce the GAC and ZX Auto to jointly build Yichang Automobile Industrial Base. On May 16th last year, the first car-ZX C3 successfully rolled off the line and was launched in batches to the market. On March 30th  this year, the first cars-GAC&ZX Auto CP2 rolled off the line officially in Yichang, thus the dream of building a Automobile Industrial Base in Yichang has gradually been realized.

　　The vehicle development needs the strong support from the auto parts suppliers with good quality and strong price competitiveness. Tang Zhijun, Assistant to General Manager of ZX Auto and General Manager of Parts Industrial Park, introduced that at the initial stage of construction, ZX Auto had planned to build a Parts Industrial Park with the total investment of 1.4 billion yuan and an area of 610 mu, planned to introduce 12 parts suppliers which included stampings, seats, exhaust systems, injection moldings, wiring harness, air conditioners and etc. in three years, and to form, after the establishment of this park, the production capacity of 100,000 units of various types of parts, with an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan and revenue of 100 million yuan and employment of 2,000 people.

　　Beijing Dila Automobile Accessory Co., Ltd is the strategic and the exclusive supplier of exhaust systems for ZX Auto. In February this year, ZX Auto (Yichang) Parts Industrial Park signed a cooperation agreement with Beijing Dila to start the Exhaust System Project in the ZX Auto Parts Industrial Park, and began to provide the nearest production services for GAC-ZX Auto Makers. After the signing of this agreement, Huahuan (Suzhou) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd and Beijing Dila Automobile Accessory Co., Ltd, jointly registered the Huahuan & Dila (Yichang) Exhaust Systems Co., Ltd., which became the first enterprise to enter the ZX Auto Industrial Park. Deng Fuxin, the general manager of Huahuan & Dila Company, said that as the enterprise incubator of Tsinghua University (Suzhou) Automotive Research Institute, the company would invest 110 million yuan to construct Huahuan & Dila (Yichang) Exhaust System Project in two phases by using the advanced technology of Tsinghua University Automotive Research Institute. At Phase One, the Company would invest to build CNC bending machine production lines and robotic welding production lines, produce high-quality exhaust systems, and form the production capacity of 100,000 units; At Phase Two, the company would construct Noise Laboratory to study the noise control of GAC-ZX Auto vehicle parts. If the Projects can be completed in accordance with the designed capacity, the company would achieve an annual sales of 200 million yuan and revenue of 18.5 million yuan.
