The FI Istanbul 2014 was officially opened in Istanbul, Turkey on April 24. Angel Yeast attended it with YE, baking yeast, spices, YEF and other products.

　　FI Istanbul, as an annual event, is the largest food ingredients exhibition in Turkey, covering the Middle East and North Africa. It attracts users and traders from Turkey and many countries in Europe and the Middle East, Africa and other regions to look for business opportunities. Angel participated in this exhibition to further enhance its brand influence and promote the development of its products in this area.

　　There are more regulations for the use of MSG in food in Turkey in recent years. Taking this as an opportunity, Angel, using its YE products as an alternative to MSG, has aroused strong interest from customers and enjoyed rapid market demand growth. At this exhibition, Angel also launched its new YE products including high Kokumi, high Umami, and other non-meat sources, which were popular among the customers.
