　　Liu Han and Liu Wei were sentenced to death, a lifelong revocation of political rights and confiscation of all personal properties after being convicted of murder, organizing and leading a criminal gang. 12 gang members were sentenced to death, death with a two-year reprieve or life imprisonment respectively due to participating in the underworld gangs, intentional homicide, intentional assault, etc. They were also sentenced to a lifelong revocation of political rights and inflicted fines. 19 gang members were sentenced 20 years to 3 years prison sentence due to participating in the underworld gangs, intentional homicide, intentional assault, etc. A part of the defendants were fined or confiscated all personal property. As 3 gang members were convicted of shielding underworld organization and bribery crime, they were sentenced to 16 years, 13 years and 11 years imprison respectively and confiscated illegal earnings. The defendant unit Hanlong Group committed crime of defrauding loans, bills acceptance and financial certificates. It was fined 0.3 billion yuan. 5 were sentenced to death, 5 death with a two-year reprieve, 4 life imprisonment and 22 imprisonment.
