Online shopping, electronic payment, Didi taxi……, the tide of e-commerce is stimulating the whole nation. On 28th, opinions on accelerating the development of e-commerce have been issued and eight major projects will be implemented. The targeted trading volume will be 75 billion RMB in 2015, 210 billion RMB in 2017, and the number of people employed will reach 40,000 and 100,000 separately. For the verified e-commerce platforms, they may get the financial support of 1 million RMB the maximum.

　　The 8 projects include the whole process e-commerce service platform for modern characteristic agriculture, electronic quality and safety supervision platform for food and medicine, immediate online traveling service platform for smart phones, e-commerce credibility and integrity system, Three Gorgers regional intelligent logistics information center, e-payment application platform for financial IC card, cloud-service e-commerce platform for enterprises in Three Gorgers region and integrated urban - rural logistics distribution project.

　　It has been pointed out that enterprises in Yichang should be encouraged to expand the online market, develop online exchange and enlarge the rate of online sales. The government should improve the comprehensive traveling information service platform for dining, accommodation, transportation, travelling, shopping and entertainment; and push forward the innovation and development of cultural tourism and e-commerce. The government should also encourage the department stores, chain enterprises, specialized markets and other commerce circulation enterprises to develop e-commerce relying on their advantaged offline resources to achieve the resource complementarities and application cooperation of online and offline resources. The government will encourage the application of e-commerce in the industries of dining, accommodation, housekeeping, and intermediary and so on.

　　Meanwhile, the government will give a onetime reward to those well-known e-commerce enterprises at home and abroad if they can change their registered address and taxation address into Yichang or invest in Yichang to set subsidiaries or regional headquarters in this city. (Reporter Li Renxi)
