On the afternoon of July 10, the signing ceremony of Yichang Central Business District Riverside Project with a total investment of $ 10 billion was held in Yichang symbolizes that the project has been officially put into operation.

　　It is learned that Yichang CBD Riverside Project is located in Wujiagang district, bordering Wuyi Square in the north, the Yangtze River in the south, Baisha Road in the West and Shenjiadian Road in the East, with a total area of about 506,000 square meters (including the area used for road construction by the municipal government) and a total construction area of approximately 1.63 million square meters. he project is featuring a city complex of business offices, shopping center, living area and the ecological landscape in the western Hubei and eastern Chongqing.

　　According to the plan, the project will follow the principles of “regional cooperation, functional combination, cultural promotion and low carbon”, set up its identity as the ecological central business district, cultural commercial complex and innovative center, and build an urban ecological and cultural gallery with an international perspective and top standards, forming a city landscape of hills and waters. And the green belt at the riverside of the Yangtze River will be built with the themes of history, culture, folklore, ecology, and leisure, developing the comprehensive city function of commerce and leisure, cultural experience, entertainment and ecological environment, effectively enhancing urban quality.

　　Chen Huayuan expressed gratitude to the municipal Party committee and municipal government for their long-time support to and trust in the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau(CCTEB).
