At 7:10 on July 12, one compartment of train K504 derailed at between Changyang and Yichang. The train was on its route from Chengdu, capital of southwest China\'s Sichuan Province, to Changsha, capital of central China\'s Hunan Province. No casualties have been reported yet, and all passengers have been evacuated. After the urgent repairs of the railway authority, the rail traffic was restored at 12:47.

　　After the Accident, the railway authority launched the emergency plan timely, organized a special force to safely transfer the passengers on the derailed train to the nearby 3 trains. The related train stations organized travelers changed tickets and transfers. The related stations and trains explained and reassured to the passengers for their late work in a timely manner, they also provided passengers with tea, food and other services. So far, all the passengers have been arranged properly.

　　Now, the railway authority are optimizing the transport organizations to restore the transport order timely and minimize the delay time of K504. The railway authority reminded the travelers to keep abreast of the delay notice in local stations and properly arrange their travel. They also apologized for the inconvenience.
