Freighters were sailing on the Sanjiang Channel of the Guangzhou Dam. The water discharge broke through 30,000 cubic meters per second, reaching 31,600 cubic meters per second and the water level rose to 48.65 meters, which was the maximum water flow of the section of the Yangtze River in Yichang since the flood season. The maritime sector reminded that ships should observe the water regimen and ensure safety.
