  It is learned from the Municipal Finance Office that, Hubei Golden Gorges Printing Industry Co., Ltd was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with red-chip mode. The stock abbreviation was Jiayao Holding and the stock code was 1626.HK. The company issued 75 million shares at a price of HK $ 1.26 per share. This is Yichang’s first company listed in Hong Kong, and the 7th listed company in Yichang after Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd, Angel Yeast Co., Ltd, Three Gorges New Material Co., Ltd, Sound Environmental Resources Co., Ltd and Yichang Transportation Group Co., Ltd.

  Hubei Golden Gorges Printing Industry Co., Ltd, founded in 2001, is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture with registered capital 78,782,100 yuan and the total assets of 560 million yuan. The sales revenue achieved 496 million yuan and the profits reached 43.66 million yuan in 2013. The company now has more than 900 employees. Its business covers cigarette label printing, label printing and color packaging printing, etc. It mainly offers packaging and printing services to more than 10 domestic large-scale enterprises, including tobacco, liquor, pharmaceuticals and daily used chemical enterprises. The company boasts a provincial technology center, 21 patented technologies, more than 20 technological achievements, more than 90 international leading level manufacturing, inspection equipments. The yearly production capacity is up to 31 million sheets. It has been ranked in the forefront of China’s top 100 printing enterprises and was named the national high-tech enterprise and national model printing enterprise.

    The successful listing of the Golden Gorges Printing Industry Co., Ltd on Hong Kong Stock Exchange stimulated its development. It will rely on the Hong Kong capital market and strive to become the largest packaging and printing base as well as the leading printing company in China.
