He accepted bribes of 261,000 yuan. Ye was expelled from the party, dismissed from service and sentenced to eight years in prison.

　　From 2010 to 2011, Zhou Qihong, the former party secretary and director of Shuanli Village, Mingfeng Town, Yuan’an County, made use of his job convenience to defraud the compensatory fees of national constructive projects, violated financial and economic discipline to dispose village collective property, associated with Luo Cheng, the assistant of town chief of Mingfeng Town, to fraudulently obtain forest land use rights of others, causing economic losses of others. Zhou Qihong was expelled from the party and sentenced to eight years. Luo Cheng was placed on probation and got demoted.

　　From 2004 to 2013, Du Wanquan, the former party branch secretary and director of the Office of Finance in Lianghekou Town, Zhigui County, made use of his job convenience to accept bribes 49,000 yuan, violated financial discipline to withhold, appropriate and extract special funds. Du Wanquan was expelled from the party, dismissed from service and sentenced to three years imprisonment, suspended for five years.

　　From 2012 to 2013, Li Pingquan, the former deputy director of Lianfeng village, Wujiagang District, made use of his job convenience to embezzle 55.1 million yuan pension found from land-expropriated farmers. Li was expelled from the party and sentenced to three years imprisonment, suspended for five years.

　　From 2009 to 2013, Zhou Zushang, the former party branch secretary and village committee director of Taiyang Village, Gaoqiao Town, Xingshan County, made use of his job convenience, occupied the village collective land acquisition compensation of 21.9 million yuan. He was expelled from the party and transferred to judicial organs due to suspected criminal issues.

　　From 2011 to 2013, Wang Yuanhai, the former party branch secretary and village head of Langping Town, Changyang Tujia Autonomous County, made use of his job convenience, occupied the village collective funds 29,000 yuan, violated financial discipline and spent 100,000 yuan subsidy funds for unlisted expenses. Wang was expelled from the party, whose alleged crimes have been transferred to judicial organs.

　　From 2010 to 2014, Ming Kunli, the former office director and assistant of the CDPF of Wantan Town, Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, made use of his job convenience, illegally possessed orphans fees, special care funds and federations subsidies totaled over 3.9 million yuan. He was expelled from the party and dismissed from his position.

　　From 2009 to 2011, Zhou Enpin, the former branch secretary and the village director of Juping Village, Xiakou Town, Xingshan County, made use of his job convenience, occupied the village collective funds 4.7 million yuan. He was expelled from the party.

　　From 2008 to 2011, Wang Daoyun, the former member of the party branch committee of Xiannv Village, Xiannv Town, Zhijiang City made use of his job convenience to illegally occupy the village collective funds 17,000 yuan. Wang was punished by probation for one year.

    From 2012 to 2013, Zhou Jiguo, the village committee director of Shilipu Village, Lucheng Sub-district Office, Yidu City made use of his job convenience, received 7,000 yuan in cash and other items.
