This year, Yichang High-tech Zone Biological Industrial Park are improving services quality by means of road network layout improvement, power plants construction and sewage treatment plants construction, attracting a large number of enterprises.
On September 12, workers were tiling the water-stable layer on Baigang Road construction site. The road construction is about to be completed currently.
As a vertical trunk of the Park, Baigang Road, 3.1 kilometers long with a total investment of 125 million yuan, docks with road networks in Yichang city through Hanyi Road. It will bring convenience to more than ten key enterprises along the road such as Huaqiang Technology Co., Ltd, Sende Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Hongyuan Pharmacy. Currently, the East Station Road, No.3 Dongshan Road, down segment of Huaxi Road have been officially opened to traffic. Together with Baigang Road, these roads will form a "three vertical and three horizontal" road network. It is introduced that 80% of image project of Baigang Road has been completed and the rainwater pipe network, sewage pipe network and power trench at around have been completed. Baigang Road is expected to open to traffic at the end of September this year, which will provide a more convenient environment for enterprises.
Besides the road network, other infrastructure in the Park are aslo under construction. Currently, Huayan sewage treatment plant has been completed, Weijiafan transformer substation will be in operation soon and greening work is under constant improvement. All the adequate and systematic services in the Park will provide good conditions for productive factors aggregation.
This year, Yichang Biological Industrial Park has introduced 10 new industrial projects, with a contracted investment of 3.4 billion yuan. At present, the total number of industrial and infrastructure project which are under construction is 31. It will achieve sales income as high as 8.26 billion yuan after the complete construction.
