The executive meeting of the State Council confirmed that tax-free limit for small and micro enterprises would extend from 20,000 RMB to 30,000 RMB. According to Yichang IRS, about 3,500 taxpayers would benefit from this policy.

　　The new policy gives small and micro enterprises a great tax support. Currently, tax-free limit for small and micro enterprises and individual business is 20,000 RMB. However, from October 1st to the end of 2015, enterprises with the monthly sales of 20,000 RMB to 30,000 RMB will also be drawn into tax-free limit. The projects encouraged by the state and imported advanced equipment that for the self-consume and unable be produced domestically are also tax-free.

　　According to Yichang IRS, taking September reporting period for example, so far about 3500 taxpayers with the monthly sales between 20,000 RMB and 30,000 RMB are eligible.
