On sep. 22, it is learned that the Yichang Exit-Entry Administration Service Hall formally changed the queue management system and LED panel, gave priority to the “Green Channel” window, which received praise from the masses.  
　　To change the outdated equipments and the inefficiency of getting codes, the Yichang Entry and Exit Service Hall replaced the queue management system and upgraded the softwares. It also set up business handling code, fingerprint acquisition code, receiving certificates code and “Green Channel” code according to the registration process. Meanwhile, it defined five types of masses can apply the “Green Channel” code to handle their business efficiently.
　　The five types who apply the “Green Channel” are: senior citizens over 70 and the disabled, the registered employees of the enterprises applying for business in Hong Kong and Macao, people applying for registration in communities, people applying for registration by telephone and online and other people who are in urgent need of registration for special purposes. All of them only need provide related information to the staff at the information desk, they can get the “Green Channel” code and enjoy the quickest registration service.
