The Municipal Government held a tea party with more than 30 well-known entrepreneurs in Shanghai. At the meeting, they renewed friendship, discussed about the development of Yichang, hoping to bring in more investments and cooperation chances. Wang Zhixiong, vice-chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice-chairman of People\'s Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai, chairman of Federation of Industry and Commerce of Shanghai, and Huang Chuping, Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee in Hubei Province and Municipal Party Secretary, attended the meeting and delivered speech.
　　On that day, the Promotion Office of Yichang New District, Municipal Agricultural Bureau, Yiling District, Xiling District, Xiaoting District and Yichang Huaxin Transportation Construction Limited Liability Company separately signed 8 cooperative project with a total investment of 22 billion RMB with Shanghai JuneYao Group, Shanghai Vegetable Group, Shanghai Changgang Logistic Group, Shanghai Ouda Electro-machinery Group, Shanghai Kasiu Holdings, TianQi Group, China State Construction Harbor Construction Co. , Ltd, Shanghai Dongya Food Industry Co. , Ltd.      
　　The tea party was hosted by Ma Xuming, Deputy Municipal Party Secretary and Mayor of Yichang. All the entrepreneurs attended deeply communicated with the leaders of Yichang in a friendly and harmony atmosphere and expressed their interests and confidence of investing in Yichang.
　　Huang Chuping extends his warm welcome to the entrepreneurs and guests and expressed his gratitude for their concern and support for the development of Yichang and Hubei Province. He also introduced the economic and social development of the city and sincerely invited them to Yichang. He said that Shanghai and Yichang are both adjacent to the Yangtze River, sharing the same water and both belonging to Yangtze River Economic Zone. He hopes that they can invest in Central China and Yichang. He also said that Yichang is learning from Shanghai Free Trade Zone about their advanced experiences and ideas to make honestly up the disadvantages in daily work and create a new environment for the development of the enterprises. He expressed that Yichang would stick to the idea of “giving priorities to industries and entrepreneurs” andwholeheartedly kept on supporting the enterprises with effective and qualified services to fulfill mutual benefit and win-win result, and make new contribution together to thegreat-leap-forward development of Yichang and Shanghai.    
　　Wang Zhixiong said that the friendship between Shanghai and Yichang has run a long course from a remote source. The two cities share Yangtze River together, use the electricity in the same line and have the partner assistance tradition of more than 20years. He hoped that the two cities could strength further the communication and cooperation to lead more enterprises to invest in Hubei Province and Yichang, which would help the two cities to deepen the reform, enhance the transformation and share the achievement together. He said that reform is the largest bonus and it would bring brighter future. Central and Western China was the motive power for the development of China. Enterprises in Central and Western China would have higher profits, bigger development space and huger reserve strength. Enterprises in Shanghai should share the achievements when supporting the development of Central and Western China.   
　　After watching the advertising video of the construction Yichang into a modern megacity named The Calling of Dreaming City , entrepreneurs like Wang Junjin, Board Chairman of Shanghai JuneYao Group, Hang Yinwei, President of Shanghai Mechanized Construction Co., Ltd, Shi Yonglei, Board Chairman of Laiyifen, Wu Mengqiu, General Manager of Shanghai Vegetable Group, Li Jieshan, Board Chairman of SIPG Yangtze Ports Logistics Co., Ltd and Zhang Youxiang, Vice-President and Factory Manager of Roche in Shanghai contributed ideas for the development of Yichang.

He analyzed that the important reason for the fruitful development of Yichang was the support of effectively running government for the enterprises.
