How is the credit of the food production enterprises? It can be easily seen in the future. According to Yichang Food and Drug Administration that Yichang food production enterprises will be classified into four credit ratings which are serious dishonesty (grade D), dishonesty (grade C), trustworthiness (grade B), and demonstrate trustworthiness (grade A).

　　According to the report, the credit rating will be conducted once a year. At the beginning each enterprise is at the trustworthy level with 100 points. After that, the Food and Drug Administration department will deduct scores from it according to the standards. If one enterprise is deducted for more than 40 scores, it will be identified as serious dishonesty unit. If more than 10 scores less than or equal to 40 scores, it will be identified as dishonesty units. If less than 10 scores, it will be identified as trustworthy units. Only if one enterprise can be identified as trustworthiness in 2 consecutive years and plays a leading role in quality and safety management in the industry can it be identified as demonstrate trustworthiness unit in the third year.

　　The grading estimation criteria consists of 13 areas including raw materials, production processes, factory inspection, identification labels etc. It has 46 small detailed items in total including no water in the production shop floor; no exposed hair of production person; no eating, smoking and spitting in the workshop, etc. Any enterprise that has the following 10 actions such as using non-food substances and raw materials or recycled raw materials to produce food, producing spoilage food, outdated food, or mixed with foreign matter food and poor quality food, its adulterate will all directly assessed as grade D.

    Guo Hui, deputy director of Municipal Food and Drug Administration said after the rating is done. The results will be shared to the city\'s social credit system construction leading group office.
