On November 16, Xiang Yulong, a young man from Changyang, was conducting the post-design of product shots on the computer in Yichang College Student Network Entrepreneurship Center. Last October, Xiang, with his friends founded Yichang Jiucheng Culture and Media Co. Ltd. located in the Entrepreneurship Center. His entrepreneurship mainly involves commercial photography and post design. With team members developed from 2 persons to 8 persons, Xiang Yulong set foot to pursuing dreams and moved toward the road of entrepreneurship.

　　It is said that Yichang College Student Internet Entrepreneurship Center, which has been in official operation in August 2013, is the first zero-cost college students entrepreneurship center that is co-founded by Yichang Gaoxin District Management Committee and Yichang Trade and Industry Bureau. It is located in Yichang Branch of Tsinghua Science Park at 33 Dalian Road Yichang Development District. Borrowing the pattern of “Innovation Works” of Kaifu Lee and “Virtue Inno Valley” of Beijing Tsinghua Science Park, the Center provided provide college students with free set of hardware and software including sites, computers, office desks and chairs, lockers, enterprise training, etc. With project operation center set up by Yichang Branch, it leads and supports college students to be engaged in various industries involving e-commerce, marketing plan, advertising design, website construction and maintenance, video producing, software development, mobile Internet and culture creativity.

　　Furthermore, Entrepreneurship Center also provides college students with free one-stop service involving pioneering instructions, business license commission and tax registration, and other start-up services like legal consulting, guidance of declaration policy, investment and financing docking to help college students start a business. “This is a free storage room that Entrepreneurship Center provides for Yichang Juemiao E-Commerce Company. They are occupied in the matters of the opening of Yichang Museum of Taobao Characteristic China.” Gao Meiling, operation director of Entrepreneurship Center introduced to the reporter that Li Chun’e who graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics set up Yichang Juemiao E-Commerce Company in September last year and her company is mainly engaged in online sales of Yichang local distinctive agricultural products.

　　As the first batch of e-commerce company entered Entrepreneurship Center, the Center provides them not only with free office facilities but also free storage, photographic studio and multifunction room of an area of 500 square meters. With the support and help of Entrepreneurship Center, the company successfully got the operation qualification of Yichang Museum of Taobao Characteristic China in April this year. The Center also actively contacts industry and commerce department and agriculture department to have a meeting of agriculture and commerce docking, help company expand business and declare supportive policy. At present, annual output value of the company reaches 6 million yuan.
