At the signing ceremony and 2014 symposium of “NPC representatives’ Inspection in Yichang” held recently, an investment contract of ￥250 million was successfully signed between Yichang Chamber of Commerce (YCC) and Xiling District to construct an e-commerce mansion as the headquarter of Yichang Chamber of Commerce.

　　YCC plans to build a 5-A business office building, with enterprise members and new e-commerce enterprises as the main body whose resource potential will be given a full play, at the southern end of the Stadium Road in Xiling District (near the transportation Motown, opposite to the previous traffic police command center). After the completion, it will attract and accommodate various headquarters of chain enterprise and regional brand agencies, e-commerce enterprises, financial and intermediary services etc. When all of these move into the mansion, it will gain an annual sales revenue of ￥2 billion and tax revenue ￥100 million.

　　As the central area of Yichang city, Xiling District has made great efforts to attract the investment of modern services focusing on headquarters economy and e-commerce by introducing a batch of high-quality headquarters and e-commerce mansion projects such as Chongqing Mansion, The E-commerce Mansion of YCC Headquarter, Fire Phoenix Cloud Computing Center and New Fulcrum CG, all of which have in turn effectively improved the industrial aggregation of modern services, thus making great contribution to Yichang’s industrial transformation and upgrading.
