　　Gu Zongqin, the president of the China Petroleum Planning Institute of Chemical Industry said that Hubei Xingfa Group has become the largest fine phosphorus chemical manufacturing enterprises, the first enterprise to master the technology of electronic grade phosphoric acid production, the world’s largest sodium hexametaphosphate manufacturer and the largest sodium tripolyphosphate manufacturer in Asia relying on independent technology innovation.
