(Xinhua News Agency, Yichang, January 15th) It is pointed out in the special program of Yichang Municipal Government that the government will pay special attention on tackling freeloaders in order to emphasize the importance of this management. The relevant departments will confiscate the freeloaders’ illegal income as well as put strict punishment on freeloaders and those who allow them to freeload  in accordance with policy .
　　An officer from Yichang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau mentions that the target of this tackling campaign are the “unit freeloaders” and “personal freeloaders”. Unit freeload refers to government organs and institutions that conceal facts and make false claims about their staffing for government funding; while the personal freeload refers to people who illegally get wages and allowances while not having been around in their own posts.
　　The management of freeloading includes two phases: self-investigation and correction,  and supervision. A special supervision group to examine the self-correction of all localities and departments or units will be established to search for the reality. Those units or inPiduals that carry out ineffective self-investigation and correction or refuse to rectify will be asked to carry out under special supervision to ensure the implementation.
