According to the Yichang Urban Planning Bureau, the talents apartments have been under planning and construction.
　　The talents apartments, located in the south of the junction between the Yanjiang Avenue and the Zhongnan Road, the northwest of the New Bund, the east of the Yanjiang Avenue, the south of  the second-stage commodity apartments on the Zhongnan Road, the southwest of the Yiling Road, have a total building area of 110,000㎡with a 22,00㎡project site.
