At 4 p.m. on January 30th, the Third Bureau of CSCEC successfully purchased a plot of land, “Yituwanggua (2014) Land No.121”. Together with (2014) Land Number 116 that was delisted on January 8th, the Third Bureau of CSCEC has possessed about 378 acres of southern section of CBD Binjiang project worth 2.1 billion in total and has become the new land king. The construction of CBD as the leading project of Yichang New District starts officially.

　　It is introduced that these delisted lands will be used in the construction of CSCEC•Yichang CBD the First Phase which include super-high landmark buildings, five-star hotels, international class Aoffice buildings, giant shopping center, cultural pedestrian street and Binjiang landscape park ect.
