2015-04-10 10:46:01

On March 20th, the press conference of "Provisional Regulations of Simplified Enterprises Deregistration Process in Yichang" was held by Yichang Administration for Industry & Commerce to formally start simplified deregistration process for enterprises. The "Regulations" will be executed from April 1st, 2015. Yichang will be the third city which introduces deregistration process of enterprises, following the Yancheng of Jiangsu Province and Pudong New Area of Shanghai City.
According to the "regulations", enterprises which have not opened business or without credit and debt, are both suitable for simplified deregistration process of enterprises. Registration authorities should implement the two-step system --examining and approving”. Somewhere with good conditions can  pilot one-time deregistration . For anyone who meets the deregistration conditions, with complete application data, deregistration must be gone through by registration authority in three working days. InPidual businesses who apply for deregistration shall be gone through on the spot.
Implementation of g simplified enterprises deregistration process aims to build a convenient and orderly market exit mechanism to help entrepreneurs get rid of the burden of "exit difficulties". The “Regulations" have simplified the deregistration process from the application matters, submit information, approval procedures and other aspects. Enterprises could apply for a one-time deregistration, eliminating the time-consuming and energy-wasting process such as liquidation group registration and releasing liquidation announcement.
"If companies do not declare for the record over a year, nor do not apply for deregistration, they will be included in the list of operating anomalies. If enterprises do not report for more than three years, they will be included in list of serious violations. Consequently, the personal credit of operators will be adversely affected." Wang Zungang, the director of the registered office of Yichang Administration for Industry & Commerce reminded that small and micro enterprises which want to be dismissed and meet the conditions of deregistration should be registered by law.
