　　 The smart rural emergency broadcast system is under construction in Zigui County and it fully displays functions in an emergency. Last year, Zigui County was one of the first pilot counties included in the province\'s program of building rural broadcast system "Village Sound". According to local special circumstances, the county allocated special funds to build the outdoor dedicated broadcasting system, combining three models of wire line, wireless and IP. As a result, it can achieve the goal that every town has a broadcasting center, every village a broadcasting room and each  can independently broadcast. After binding the phone to the broadcasting system, one can make a notice within the village without going to the broadcasting room but dialing a certain number as soon as the village-level terminal answers. It is very convenient for one to remotely operate through mobile, landline and other communication tools.

　　When it comes to the convenience of “Village Sound”, Fu Jincheng, the head of Guizhou Town’s Broadcast Station, excitedly said, “Village Sound” had fully performed its function in the regular election of village committee and village Party branch committee. In October last year, when Guizhou County started a new round of regular election of village committee and village Party branch committee, each small village group would hold at least two conferences. Fu assisted Zhoujiawang Village with its regular election. He said when looking at the work log, it had cost them so much time to convene villagers, and conferences would last to around eight in the evening and even to the next day. After the timely installment of “Village Sound”, conferences could be finished within one day.
