According to the municipal Housing Management Bureau, the provincial government has given orders to reach the goal of building 51,259 government-subsidized housings this year, of which 49,749 go for affordable housings under new constructions and shantytowns transformation housings, and the rest 1,510 are for new rental subsidies. It is required that about 3,000 affordable housings under new constructions and shantytowns transformation housings should be basically completed this year, with 20000 allotted.

　　The missions that the provincial government assigned change dramatically this year, in aspects of refining, quantification and solidification involved in different sorts of affordable housings after annual task decomposition. Firstly, in new construction, there will be in total 6,288 public rental housings, 38,961 ones in transformed urban shantytowns, 3,000 ones in state-owned mining shantytowns and 1,500 ones in reclamation areas transformed shantytowns. Secondly, in basically-completed missions, the whole city will finish building 7,300 public rental housings, 720 affordable housings, 3,079 price-limited commercial housings, 17,943 ones in transformed urban shantytowns, 158 in state-owned mining shantytowns and 800 in transformed housings in reclamation areas. Thirdly, in consideration of housing allotting, those allotted housings include 5,211 public rental housings, 502 affordable housings, 1000 price-limited commercial housings, 12487 ones in transformed urban shantytowns and 800 in reclamation areas. (Reporter: Chen Lu; Correspondent: Ye Yong)
