From this year on, apart from farmers, all inPiduals and organizations that are engaged in agricultural industry can also get subsidies for purchasing agricultural machinery and tools. The variety of subsidies will not be restricted by the region, which means farmers can buy machines across the country as they like. Yesterday morning, a meeting about subsidization for purchasing agricultural machinery and tools was held, which symbolizes that the subsidizing work of 2015 is officially launched. 
　　According to the new policy, the objects of subsidization are not restricted to just "agricultural farmers and fisherman, farm workers, Farmers’ Cooperatives and organizations that are engaged in agricultural production and management", but "all inPiduals and organizations who are engaged in agricultural production". The item of "inPidual" is not restricted to farmers but includes people living in the city who also do farm work. And the agricultural organizations also include agricultural enterprises apart from Farmers’ Cooperatives and family farms.
　　To enable people to obtain the maximum benefits, the Municipal Agricultural Bureau decides that the products being subsidized will no longer be related to the catalogue of the products promoted by the province and the state. That means "being listed in the catalogue" is not an essential condition now. All products that are produced in Hubei Province, issued the certificates by the ministry or the province, and listed in the subsidies catalogue, can have subsidies. And the thresholds for new farming products can be further lowered. Hence, the buyers can purchase agricultural machines and tools either within or outside the province. (Reporters: Gao Shengnan, Li Jiajin)
