According to the municipal Real Estate Investment Corporation, the low-rent apartments in Min’an Home are in delivery time, and 528 urban low-income families are to move in between April 7th and 16th.

　　  The Min’an Home is a guaranteed affordable housing project, covering a total area of 80,004 square meters and a floor area of 160,000 square meters, equipped with a recreation room, a medical service station, a community service office and property management room, an agricultural trade market and a kindergarten, as well as 590 parking lots. The 528 urban low-income families will be going through the procedure of moving-in within 10 days. “I am very glad that I will no longer need to move again because of the rising rent fee.” Granny Li, from an extremely poor family, expressed her excitement when receiving the key.
