“Water is as expensive as oil, thus people worry about it”. It is the former reflection on drinking water of the rural residents from Hualishu Village of Dianjun District. While the implementing of "Rural Residents’ Drinking Water Safety—One of Sanwan Activities (three times of ten thousand officials’ activities to benefit rural residents)” has made 1,503 Hualishu villagers farewell to the dinking difficulties. Currently, the city has built 90 centralized water supply projects and 1,860 decentralized water supply projects to solve the problem of drinking water safety of 42,400 people and 8,700 people respectively.
