79 Yichang municipal departments publicized their budgets on the Yichang China Website On April 30, and this is the second year in a row for these departments to disclose the department budgets and budgets on three public expenses.

　The year of 2015 is the first year to implement the New Budget Law. The above mentioned budgets, upon the approval of the Standing Committee of Municipal People’s Congress, will be made by the Municipal Finance Bureau and related departments and then will be publicized in set format within 20 days of approval as required, except for the departments containing/involving confidential information. The disclosure of these budgets in 2015 was a month earlier than that of last year.

　　The publicizing of 2015 budgets includes the General Budget Table, the Financial Allocation Budget Table, and the Financial Allocation Budget of "Three Public Expenses" of these municipal departments. The budgets of departments include two major parts, namely, the basic expenses and item expenses, and those of the "Three Public Expenses" cover overseas trips, vehicle purchasing and maintenance, and official receptions. The 2015 budgets, in accordance to the applicable budget items, should list the details with amounts and items.
