According to the Municipal Bureau of Forestry and Parks on Sunday, after half year of construction, Yichang Park which is to attend the 10th China（Wuhan）International Garden EXPO has realized an investment of about 2.5 million Yuan, and projects like megaphanerophyte cultivation and the Hanging house of the Tujia ethnic installation have been finished. Until September 25th, when the  10th China（Wuhan）International Garden EXPO officially opens, Yichang park with local characteristic landscapes will welcome guests both at home and aboard.  　　
　　Yichang Park, one of the 82 city parks of the International Garden EXPO, is located in the city exhibition garden area of Wuhan Donghu district. In addition, construction of it is officially started in December 2014 which covers an area of 2000 square meters with an investment of 5.6 million Yuan. Yichang Park is Pided into four parts include gaoxiapinghu (the view of high gorges and wide river), xiajintiankai (the view of the end of gorges and the start of wide air), xiajiangbudao (trail along the river), and Three Gorges tribe. According to the introduction of an official of Municipal Bureau of Forestry and Parks, Yichang Park will show Yichang characters of hydro-power capital and gorges and river style. The inspiration of the Equilateral tetrahedron river closure stone shape exhibition hall comes from the closure materials of the river closure of the Three Gorges project, and the hydrophilic platform, xiajiangbudao (trail along the river), the Three Gorges tribe square, appreciate of the Hanging house of the Tujia ethnic, listen to the song of the fish man, all of the design that full of Yichang local folk culture will bring people to the Three Gorges that are several miles away.
