2015-06-12 10:09:26

Yichang’s CPI went up 2.2% year-on-year in April, up 0.3% month over month growth,  with food price as the main reason.
According to the statics, vegetable price increased sharply. Vegetables grow slowly because the temperature of the first 10 days of April is lower than usual. The price of vegetables went up 7.8% and that of fresh vegetables increased 8.5%.
Compared with the price of vegetables, the prices of pork, beef, and mutton downed 2.8%, 2.4%, 0.2% period-on-period respectively.
As the fresh eggs market’ supply exceeds the demand, its price went down 3.9%. Besides, affected by the sharply decrease of the international raw milk price,  liquid milk and dairy prices continued to decline, and the prices of yoghurt and milk fell 3.6% and 1.8% respectively.
The price of film ticket went up 5.7%  while that of ticket for tourist sites went down 3.6%, with travel agency fees down 4.3%.(Reporter: Pei Shujing; Correspondent: Zhou Jiao)
