According to the Yichang Municipal Price Bureau, the rent standard and the related policies for public rental housing in the built urban residential quarters has been issued according to the national relevant stipulations and the pricing principle of public rental housing rent. It was approved by the municipal government.  

　　The benchmark rent for public rental housing in the built urban residential quarters has come out according to its floorage. The rent is 6 yuan/ m2 in Longpanxinyuan quarter, 6 yuan/ m2 in Tanjiahe Community of Dianjun District, 6 yuan/ m2 in Xiaoting District, 7 yuan/ m2 in Pinghuxinyuan quarter, 9 yuan/ m2 in Min’anjiayuan quarter, 9 yuan/ m2 in Minxinjiayuan quarter, 9 yuan/ m2 in Minjiajiayuan quarter, 9 yuan/ m2 in Minhui quarter, and 10 yuan/ m2 in Minyijiayuan quarter.      

　　Moreover, the lowest-income families and the low- income families can respectively enjoy the 90% and 70% discount of the rent on the basis of the above standard.
