At Lianfeng Village, Wujia Town, Wujiagang District, there is a very special Building 16 in the Chengdong Garden Residential Area for some reasons. Of the 38 housing units, the property right belongs to the villagers, the in-room configuration items belong to the village collective and more than 100 young talents of Angel Group rent them. The approach of separation of property right, real right and the right to use is a pioneering undertaking though which the township government intends to help domestic enterprises to retain talent.  

Building 16 is one part of the housing program for the compensation of demolition while 38 property owners all have per-capita housing more than needed. For it, when this building started to construct, Wujiagang District government and Lianfeng Village consulted with these property owners. In the end, they decided that this building would be built as the talents’ apartment for the enterprises around and the village would manage the interior decoration and configuration items. That May, Angel Group rented all the 38 housing units. In June of 2014, more than 110 young employees of Angel Group moved into the units successively.

Tang Fangcong, the Party Branch Secretary of Lianfeng Village, that the village collective would totally invest 2.64 million yuan for the decoration and configuration of Building 16 with about 70,000 yuan for each unit. Angel Group rented them for 900 yuan/month per unit which was 500 yuan lower than the market price. According to this rent, the village collective could recoup the cost in about five and a half years, and from then the property owners would get the rental income.

In early July, Angel Group Animal Nutrition Division sales staff Tan Zhigang took a reporter to visit his apartment in Building 16. It covered an area of 120.28 square meters with three bedrooms, one living room and one dining room. In terms of the air-conditioner, there was one air- conditioner tank and three air-conditioner hanging machines.    

Angel Group implements the policy that the young new entrants with bachelor degree and master degree can enjoy the preferential rents 300 yuan and 400 yuan respectively less  than the original prices, so Tan Zhigang actually does not need to entail the monthly rent. Having been on the career for two years, he is a sales manager and now becomes a good backbone of Animal Nutrition Division. Ding Yongzhi, 28-year-old master, joined Angel Group in 2013, now is a sales engineer of Microbial Nutrition Division. In Building 16, he and other two colleagues share an apartment. “This ‘home’ is comfort and we lived here comfortably, so we work comfortably.” he feels.
