According to the Yichang Quality Supervision Bureau, the result of the industrial product quality report in the first half year of 2015 came out. The report showed that, Yichang Quality Supervision Bureau supervised and inspected in 14 categories industrial products in Yichang, 541 batches products in 428 companies in total was tested and the qualified rate was as high as 99.45%.
The sampling result showed that industrial products in Yichang were in good quality, among which, fertilizer, cement and cement products, furniture, plastics and articles thereof, fodder, paper and its products, electric wire and cable, metal materials and its products, electromechanical device, textile and clothing production and the qualification rate of industrial products maintain a high level. Besides, the qualification rate of random inspection was 100%, the qualification rate of ceramic products, chemical products and chemical material, spectacles were 96.9%, 99%, 99.08% separately. 
September is the “Quality Month”; the theme of quality month is “construct a quality city towards a quality era”. It’s known that Yichang quality system will carry out some activities such as boosting quality knowledge into community, “Sunshine Fiber Inspection” and other activities. In addition, Yichang will also strengthen special equipment security supervision, including elevator, large-scale tourism facility, screw bottle (a kind of liquefied gas steel cylinder or liquid gas storage tank) and so on.  (Reporter: Mu Ran; Correspondent: Zheng Jialie; Internship: Yang Qianqian;)
