316 tickets, 1,762 points and 58,900 yuan fines for violation of traffic laws – all this is not a story of Arabian Nights, but a fact that a “most reckless” van driver who broke the law maliciously. The traffic police tracked down this van at Jingu Road in Heyi Street. The owner is a vendor of a noodle shop, who argues that he knows nothing about all those law-breaking cases.  
A Songhuajiang van that broke law many times was tracked down near Yichang Standard Parts Company in Heyi Street. The staff working at HD video control platform inspected the minibus’s license plate number EBZ*** and called the police on the road.
3 traffic policemen in Wujiagang took several minutes to look for the minibus and eventually tracked it down in Jingu road, Heyi Street. According to the records, this minibus has 316 unsolved bad driving cases and 1,762 points deducted in total, which equals to 58,900 yuan fines; red light violation for 271 times. Furthermore, it has not gone through annual vehicle inspection for over one year.
According to preliminary investigation, the owner of this minibus Mr. Yu runs a noodle shop near Yichang Standard Parts Company. The minibus was driven by his workers to deliver noodles every morning. Mr.Yu is surprised to know there are so many law-breaking records. Then the traffic police detained this minibus.
