According to the Municipal Housing Management Bureau, 2015 Annual Scheme of Public Rental Houses Allocation in Yichang Urban District had been released. Public apartment renting work has officially started, and eligible citizens can submit written applications to their own community from today to October 30th.
The Scheme goes for those who have no houses in the urban district and those who can not afford to buy a house.
According to the Scheme, physical distribution in public rental apartment is suitable for urban permanent residents with no houses in the urban district, who are confirmed as lowest income and low income families living in a house of less than 15 sq.m per capita with ownership and do not rent other public-owned or policy-related houses. It is worth noting that before application day, those who ever pass house ownership to other people, or whose house were collected with monetary indemnity, or who give up his ownership due to divorce, are all seen as owners of houses, and will reckon in family housing area.
The Municipal Housing Management Bureau reminds the citizens that those who are single and over 35 years old are eligible for the application; and for those who are less than 35 years old and have permanent urban residence certificate, even if neither of the parents has a urban residence certificate nor a house, they can also make an application.
3,757 public rental apartments in 9 communities charge minimum 6 yuan per sq. m
As is reported, there are 3,757 public rental apartments with physical distribution. 1,473 are ready houses, which are mainly from Minjia Homeland, Min’an Homeland, Red Flag Cable Work, Minxin Homeland, Minyi Homeland, Minhui Homeland, Longpan Park; and 2,284 are forward delivering houses, which are from Hetangyueshe, Golden Chicken Road. Currently, according to municipal price of commodities agency, Longpan and Red Flag Cable Work are both six yuan per sq. m; Minhui, Minxin, Min’an and Minjia are nine yuan per sq.m; Minyi is ten yuan per sq.m; Hetangyueshe and Golden Chicken Road are not yet authorized.
Rent-free for urban lowest income and low income families
Only urban lowest income and low income families can have access to the free rent. Specifically, for lowest-income family with two family members or under, and low-income families without a house, they can pay 10% or 30% that of rent standard of public rental house if they rent houses within 40 sq.m.; those with three or more members and those two-member families with no spousal relationship can pay 10% or 30% that of rent standard for houses within 50 sq.m., and pay for extra area according to the standard. If the public rental houses sit in high floors, the rent concession area can be enlarged about 10 sq.m. With the exception of lowest income and low-income families with security, others should pay 1.2 times that of rent standard for extra renting areas.
The physical distribution of public rental houses this time is first accepted and checked by community, and Sub-district Offices do the recheck; then District Housing Security Management Apartment is responsible for examining and verifying. After publicity and registration by Municipal Housing Management Bureau, organized public lottery will start at the end of December, and then organized house chosen link will begin on January 2016, and house leasing contract is to be signed.
