In October, 2014, as the owner of Sanxia Modern Logistics Center Infrastructure Facility Projects ( Baiyang port area), Yichang Huaxin Traffic Construction Investment co., Ltd has obtained the formal approval of State of Council. This project will be included in the fiscal year plan of World Bank loan from 2015 to 2017, which will also be one of the second biggest loan projects of World Bank in China. Yesterday, a series of subjective reports were accepted assessment and examined by Dr. BinyamReja and the delegation, Dr. BinyamReja is the leader of the World Bank preparation group. The report included the following part, the Feasibility Study Report, Logistics Planning, Environmental Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan, Project Financing Plan, Project Operation Plan and other reports. 200 million dollars (1272.1 billion RMB) loan will be given to this infrastructure facility project, which will be the first loan project of World Bank that is based on large-scale logistics park.

The Sanxia Modern Logistics Center consist of 9 big comprehensive logistics parks, which are the Taipingxi Logistics Park, Maoping Logistics Park, Xiaoxita Logistics Park, Dongshan Trade Logistics Park, Huayan Comprehensive Logistics Park, Honghuatao Logistics Park, Sanxia Airport Logistics Park, Baiyang Logistics Park and Zhijiang Logistics Park. It is known that 2500 meters\' long shoreline of Baiyang Port District will be used to build 24 berths, which will occupy 3.2 square kilometers land region area with the investment of approximately 12 billion RMB. So far, 6 berths of the first phase of construction have been finished. The World Bank load capital will be mainly used for Baiyang Port District work, Baiyang Logistics Park, logistics information platform, logistics transportation channel and other infrastructure constructions.
