On November 27, the project of Yichang Pearl Steel Ball Cooperation together with other 12 projects started to operate in Yiling Development Zone. In the meantime, the RT-Mart Fashion and other 10 projects also got into operation in high-tech park of Xiaoxita, Yiling District. In addition, RT-Mart Fashion and Krider signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the settlement of new energy automobile producing in Yiling District.

　　The total investment in these 23 projects amounted to over 50 billion yuan with expected after-operation value of 6 billion yuan and 1 billion yuan profits and taxes. Those 12 projects that started to construct were Daohuaxiang Mini-enterprise Pioneer Park, Krider New Energy Vehicles, Hongjian Aluminum New Materials, Yichang Pearl Ball Relocation, Ren Fu Pharm Shuneng Drink, Country Packaging, the Shengbaiyi Wood Company, the Meixi Food Processing, the Relocation of Jinyongan Burglar-proof door, the Xinrong Environmental protection Equipment, the Zhaofeng Automated Instruments and the New Bubbles of Fuxing Co., Ltd. The 10 projects that got into operation were RT-Mart Fashion, the Yimeite Holographic Packaging, the Relocation of Xiwang Yogurt, the Changzheng Kitchen Wares, the flotation of 500,000 tons of phosphate rock of Zhongfu Chemical Co., the acid manufacture made by 330,000 tons of sulfuric acid phosphorus of Zhongfu Chemical, the 10,000 tons of wet phosphoric acid purification of Zhongfu Chemical, the feed processing of Changwei Agricultural Trade with its annual output of 180,000 tons, the Yinling refrigeration equipment, the non-woven textiles of Wellink Textile Co.

　　Last year, with the national economic downturn, Yiling economic started to fell. How to curb this trend and to realize the regional economic resurgence? Yiling authorities have realized that they could only count on project construction. All parts sequentially have launched a activity with the theme of "Year of Project Competing, Year of Project Reserve and Improve and Years of Social Investment Promotion" in order to grasping items especially big projects.

　　Yiling District keeps the integration of investment increase and inventory maintenance, upgrading traditional industry and fostering new industry, actively eliminating the obsolete industries such as cement and quarrying. Yiling also propels the reconstruction and upgrade of traditional industries such as food, drinks and phosphate extraction and separation, guides Daohuaxiang, Zhongfu Chemistries constantly expanding capacity to realize evolving development. It makes the launch of Daohuaxiang Mini-enterprise Park and other local projects launch quickly.

　　Yiling District also actively seeks support beyond Yichang while making full use of internal resources. The district government has arranged people in charge to go to the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing and other places in order to establish connection with various enterprises. According to statistics, the newly signed projects reached to 57 with the contracted agreement invest of 15.93 billion yuan.

　　After the introduction of project, the district carried out the full service and all-round assisting, making enterprises to start construction or get into operation in the shortest time. The Xiwang yogurt of Angel Yeast Group took less than a year from contract sign to production. This year, there are 59 industrial projects with billions of dollars of investment in the district, and 18 realizing started, 19 to achieve production.

　　The successive operation of these newly settled enterprises has added new impetus to the Yiling regional economic development.
