According to the Social Insurance Collection and Inspection Bureau, the service of e-certificate for employing units’ social insurance payment was put into its pilot run in the urban area yesterday. It’s another great improvement for Yichang’s certificate service of online social insurance payment after it became the first city to offer the e-certificate service for personal social insurance payment in Hubei Province in July this year.

　　From this date on, the employing units in the urban area that have paid the social insurance can directly check or print the insured payment certificate by simply logging in the official website of Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (www. yc12333.gov.cn). On the homepage, you can click the “Payment Certificate of Employing Units” and then the “User Login”. After logging in, put in the starting and ending time of the payment you want to check, select the item of “Detailed List” or “Total”, choose the certificate-issuing personnel and click the button with the words that read as “The information has been confirmed and the e-certificate can be issued”. The self-served certificates printed with the black seal is as valid as those with the red one, and a 2D code generated randomly can be used to verify the validity of the certificate.

　　In order to help the employing units know how to use this service in a more direct and quick manner, the Yichang’s Social Insurance Collection and Inspection Bureau has not only provided the literal instructions but also prepared 4 guiding videos aiming for the new users, on-line registered units, non-on-line registered units and verification units, respectively. The public units can get more information in the “Users’ Guide” of the login page.

　　Since this year, the Social Insurance Collection and Inspection Bureau is fully relying on the e-government platform and aims at supporting and strengthening the platform’s function of social insurance services. It further promotes the informatization of the public services of social insurance, proactively create the pattern of “Intelligence-based Social Insurance” integrating the on-line and off-line services, and greatly free the public from the tiredness of going through the traditional complex procedures.
