“Luck” Provides 20000 Customers with Membership Network Service

  Within three years, its membership service network spreading to Southeast Asia, providing over 20000 merchants and 50000 thousand members with Internet service---this is a miracle created by Luck Soft Co. Ltd, which was designed by a 29-year-old boy from Yichang, named Luo Xin, the founder of this company.

  In 2008, Luo Xin graduated from a university specializing in computer in Beijing, and rushed about for a job like other fresh graduates in Shenzhen and big cities of Zhejiang Province. His biggest wish at that time was to get a job in a big company where he can be engrossed in programming. While working for his boss, he came in contact with some medium and small business owners who ordered a batch of cards from the company where he worked and distributed them to their customers as membership card. He gradually learned that some customers complained to the promoters that these membership cards were too many to deal with and were too crude without any personal information.

  “Can I develop a type of software to help business owners manage members” It’s not difficult for him he thought, because he is good at programming. By the end of 2011, he went back to Yichang with his girlfriend, and started his own business, considering the initial cost and market space.

  Within half a year, in a rented apartment in Qiaohuling community of the urban area, Luo Xin created “Luck”, a small program, which was continuously downloaded by several thousands of users in such a short period, and turned itself from a free version to charged one. More and more business owners became Luck’s customer, and Luo gained his first pot of gold in his life.

  In 2013, “Luck” had more than 10 thousand users; Luo Xin married his girlfriend and established Luck Soft Co. Ltd.

  He was responsible for developing, while his wife for marketing. The office, which was in their rented apartment, has finally been relocated in Yichang Sensing IOT Business Incubator on Gangyao Road, covering 400 square meters with a research and developing team of over 30 personnels, after being moved several times. Meanwhile, taking advantage of resources he had in Shenzhen, Luo Xin combined software system with hardware system of offline members and created a series of hardware equipments like POS terminal, laser scanner and card reader which can be compatible with “Luck”. Moreover, “Luck” is no longer a small program which it used to be. Luo Xin said, this software has been improved and upgraded several hundred times every year to meet business owners’ needs including electronic coupon, SMS push function and inventory management. “Luck” has been admired not only by domestic customers, but also by foreigners. In 2014, Luo Xin developed the Chinese traditional version and English version of “Luck” to satisfy the need of customers from Malaysia. Besides, customers can settle accounts on the software via foreign currency. “ In the future, we must reach a higher level in terms of our service, like to meet every member’s shopping needs, taking into account the food favor, goods favor, consumption favor of a district, so that enterprises can enjoy more considerate service.” Luo Xin introduced that more than 20000 enterprises at home and abroad have become his customers at present, and over 50000 thousand membership cards have been distributed to enterprises and merchants of all kinds through the platform of “Luck".( Reporter: Jin Guiman; Correspondent: Chen Xiaojun)
