The Platform has six functions: seek thoughts, talents, resources, items, capitals and policy supports for organizations or personage. Now the platform owns 90,000 talents’ information, and 110,000-membership storage that can assist 30 micro enterprises. “Just like Shanghai Free Trade Zone, Yichang needs an innovative platform to lead its development”, Manager Zhou Junhua said. To provide quality services, the Platform makes full use of the database cloud and networks between public, community and we media, and cooperates with five mature-operated institutions that are subordinate to Dongsheng Company. The first 30 incubation projects will benefit from 14 services such as special support funds, allowances and procedure commissions. Not only will the Platform provide “tracking service” and “whole journey nanny service”, but also offer salon training and road show by cooperating with 12 famous service brands such as Yimi JZ, Youmi Class and Bole Coffee. The Platform will help 100 entrepreneurs and solve financing problems for 200 micro companies. At the same time it will create 50,000 job opportunities.
