On December 22nd, the reporters learned from the briefing on Yichang individual business certificates’ “Two in One” registration system reform, the city will be the first in Hubei Province to implement the “Two in One” system according to which, business certificates issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau and tax registration certificates issued by the revenue authorities will be combined into one. It is a new measure in the commercial system reform in Yichang, following the city’s first implementation of the “Three in One” registration system reform ever conducted in China.   

Since January 1st 2016, the individual businesses in Yichang can acquire “Two in One” business licenses on the spot from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Yichang by submitting appropriate materials for registration including application forms and letters, certificates of house property and industry pre-approval, with the exclusion of special occasions.  (Reporter: Yan Xiaodong, correspondent: Zhou Yun)
