According to the Municipal Housing Authority, there will be a public television lottery of public rental housing to determine the visiting and choosing order of 2015 annual town families whose applications meet the security conditions at Yichang Three Gorges broadcasting and TV station medium studio, on the morning of January. 

It is introduced that the participating objects are: the 4459 registered, audited and publicized without objection urban non-housing households and the low income families of per capita housing area below 15 square meters. Among them, 28 eligible families in Xiao Ting District will be organized by Xiao Ting District Housing Authority with renting Xiaoting District self-built public rental, and the application families with renting public rental housing of this TV on-site lottery are 4431. 

There are a total of 3782 sets of public rental housing in urban areas of 2015 (including 28 sets of Xiaoting District). Among them, 3754 sets will join this public TV on-site lottery, containing 1470 sets of existing homes as well as 2284 under construction.

Urban 4431 application families will be divided into five groups sequentially distribute and lease through lottery, in accordance with the related provisions of Yichang City Public Rental Housing Management and Implementation Details, the principle of the cascade safeguard, priority of poverty. The first group are the lowest life guarantee non-housing families; the second are national heroes models, the families of “martyrs”, veterans that awarded a personal Merit Citation Class II or higher, disabled or retired veterans due to injuries, seniors more than 60 years old, the non-housing family got righteous behavior recognition, labor model, and housing expropriation family in line with public rental security conditions; the third are the non-housing for low-income families; the fourth are the minimal assurance families with per capita housing construction area less than 15 square meters; the last are the other non-housing families conform with the security conditions.

Following the order of the first group to the fifth, it will take a random computer lottery in turn and produce visiting and choosing room order. On January 9, they will synchronize publicly displaying lottery results in the following places, like all the urban neighborhood offices column publicity, City Housing Authority portals and Wechat platform, District People\'s Government and Yichang High-tech Zone Administrative Committee Government Information Platform and Yichang Wanshou Bridge Houses management office publicity column.

This lottery welcomes the supervision of the whole society. Notaries of Yichang Notary Office make the whole-process supervision and on-site notary. The relevant department heads are on-site supervisions, including Municipal People\'s Congress, Municipal CPPCC and Municipal Finance, Municipal Civil Affairs, Audit Office, Prices Bureau, staffs of districts housing security, as well as the invited representatives of 23 families. (Reporter Xiao Min, Correspondent Ye Yong)
