Yichang Angel Yeast Co., Ltd., Yichang Humanwell Pharmaceutcal Co., Ltd., and Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. were approved to establish 1 postdoctoral post for innovation respectively, according to the Circular of Hubei Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the office of Hubei Provincial Postdoctoral Management Committee on Printing and Distributing the Setup of Hubei Provincial 20-Additional Postdoctoral Posts for Innovation in 18 Units. Based on the candidates’ working situation and the project research states, the Office grants financial assistance to each post with 100,000yuan, among which recruitment expenditure and scientific research funds are 50,000yuan respectively.

Hubei provincial postdoctoral posts for innovation refers to the posts set up by the institutes for innovation projects by making use of the special funds for post-doctors arranged by Hubei Provincial Financial Department  to recruit outstanding young people holding doctoral degrees, who are expected to enter enterprises or public institutions which are oriented in scientific research and technological development. According to the management by objectives, the posts are conducted with the period of 2 years in general; but depending on the circumstances of projects, the prescribed period may be extended appropriately. The implementation of these posts should be tracked and checked by the Office, and appraised by experts. （Reporter Mei Ni）
