Lingyun Science and Technology Group Company LTD and Yichang Hedali Composite Materials Company signed up a strategic cooperation framework agreement on the morning of January 23th. The contract is aimed at building up an aerospace composite base which is worth 10 bln Yuan. Ma Xuming, vice CPC secretary of Yichang and Mayor, and other leaders, presented at the ceremony. Zhuang Guangming—the member of Yichang Municipal Committee gave an opening speech. Deputy Mayor Yuan Weidiong hosted the ceremony.

In his speech, Mayor Ma Xuming has high praise of this cooperation between Lingyun and Hedali, contending that the cooperation is a perfect match that can assist Yichang a new base in China’s Aerospace Composite industry. The two enterprises are expected to finish restructuring before the end of March and lay its good foundation in 2016. Ma required that all departments of the Yichang Municipal Government, Gaoxin District and Dianjun District should intensify their supports to aerospace composites industry and solve problems for enterprises so as to promote the development of the industry and enterprises.

Basing on the agreement, the two parties will make advantage of their funds, technology, talents and market and make full use of Yichang’s location, environment and policies. Located in Yichang, the two parties have global sight to build the leading aircraft renovation and maintenance base, the first-class sandwich structure products base, the advanced Nomex honeycomb core base and aerospace composite base which is worth 10 mln Yuan and more. All the bases are aimed to become the top 1 in China, taking the lead in Asia and achieving the advanced level around the world. Besides, these bases plan to cooperate with research institutions such as China Three Gorges University and build themselves into the national-level integrated research, production and talents-development centers.
