Recently, the cooperation signing ceremony between Yichang City Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Jixin Assets Management Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Zhishun Chemical Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd was held in Tiao Hualing Hotel. On the principle of equality and voluntariness, complementary advantages, mutual development, through the pattern of PPP, the two sides carried out the cooperation of the renewable resources recycling project.

The project divides into three phases, with total investment of 120 million yuan. It will consume 500 tons of the recycling plastic regeneration modification project in the first phase per month; It will carry out recycling and treatment of the waste plastic garbage bags and the agricultural film, launch and build demonstration project of the treatment of residential garbage bags in the second phase; It will launch the production and sales of the downstream plastic products in the third phase; Eventually, it will form a closing chain of the renewable resource industries in the whole city and the annual output value will reach 300 million yuan after it completion. 

This cooperation project will integrate the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives primary recycling outlets advantages and the Guangdong Zhishun technology and equipment advantages, solving the problem of the recycling and flowing of the renewable resources in Yichang as well as the rural white pollution; accelerating the renewable resources recycling of the research, development and industrialization in Yichang, filling the gaps of the technological development of the new materials and the recyclable resources as well as the consultation service field, promoting Yichang materials science research and technology development ability. (Correspondent: Zheng Xiaokang)
