On March 14, the first “Made-in-Yichang” LCD TV produced at Huike Production base of Dianjun Electronic Information Industry Park in the high-tech zone was successfully off the assembly line, which filled the blank of the production of “flat screen TV” in Yichang. It is said that the first batch of the 20,000 32-inches LCD TV produced in Yichang Huike production base will be exported to Italy.
　　Huike Group is a high-tech enterprise whose business involves in many fields, including the products research, production and sales of the consumption-type electronic product. It is also one of the most comprehensive IT manufactures in China since its products have been sold to more than 50 countries throughout the world. In addition, the total investment of its project of LCD and LED backlight is 3 billion yuan and the project is the first provincial-level key project put into operation in the Electronic Information Industrial Park in the high-tech zone. The construction began at the last January 30. At present, 3 production lines of the LCD workshop and dust-free workshop have been put into use and the office building, canteens as well as the dormitory for shift are under construction simultaneously, which expected to be put into use in June this year. As the world’s largest production base of LED backlight and the only one LCD TV production base in the central China, the overall-machine production line which has been put into use just now has the largest dust-free module workshop in the whole group with an area of about2,000 square meters as well as PVC anti-static floor on the whole ground. Meanwhile, the workshop has adopted the leading automated machine assembly line in the country to produce LCD TVs and LCD monitors ranging from the size of 32-inches to 50 inches. And 1,200 sets of TV or monitor can be produced per 10 hours. As for the offline products, they are the products with a full set of equipment and accessories.
　　The person in charge from Yichang Huike said that the company expects to achieve its sales volume to 3 billion yuan in 2016 and the number will exceed 8 billion yuan within 3 years. The project not only introduces leading electronic information technology and high-tech products in the country for the high-tech zone, but also injects new vitality for the industrial restructuring and upgrading of Yichang. Currently, people from more than 10 related upstream and downstream enterprises came to the Electronic Information Industrial Park to have an inspection and to discuss the cooperation matters. As one of the three projects launched by Huike Group at the same time in the whole country in 2015, the progress of the project construction of Yichang Huike goes far away before that of the Chongqing and Hefei.
