On March 16, the celebration ceremony for preparation products export of Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy is held in a grand manner. These products are produced in its drug-exporting base. The vehicles loaded with the first batch of the preparation products are lined up in front of the main building of the export base, being ready to start the journey. This batch of preparation products is going to be exported to the United States, which represents the first success for Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy to find its way into the European and American markets. Moreover, it’s also a landmark event in the development process of Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy’s international strategies.

The celebration is presided over by Du Wentao, President of Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy. Yu Qun, Vice President and General Manager of the export base, gives an introduction to the background of the celebration. The Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy has thus become the first Chinese pharmaceutical factory exporting its products overseas. Thanks to the support of leaders at various levels, the guidance of foreign experts and the unremitting efforts of all staff in OSD workshops, Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy has successfully built an internationally advanced pharmaceutical factory, established quality management system reaching the European and American standards, and developed and produced the drugs that have been recognized by American markets.  

Li Jie, chairman of this pharmacy, points out that in accordance with the changes of domestic and international markets as well as the company\'s own development requirements, Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy has achieved remarkable achievements through making the effective use and optimal allocation of resources, fully exerting its advantages and proactively exploring a bigger international market. The drug-exporting base of Yichang Humanwell Pharmacy plays a significant role in the process of implementing the company’s international strategies. Under the guidance of a group of well-experienced foreign experts, the company has constantly made breakthroughs and innovations in the aspects of controlling the sources of research and development, strictly managing the production process and comprehensively improving the quality system. All the staff strives for pursuing the products with excellent quality, which enables their products to win the trust of markets. This export is just a small fraction of the company’s international orders, and there will be more products exported to the European and American standard markets successively.
