On April 8, as much as 1.47 million dollars was awarded to 122 units and individuals as 2015 technology innovative incentives at the Technology Innovation Working Conference, 2016 in Yichang high-tech zone.

At the conference, 14 innovative enterprises including the newly recognized Yichang Nanbo Display Devices Co., Ltd., 35 innovative developing enterprises such as Yichang Keben New Materials Co., Ltd., and 6 “public innovative spaces” (platforms provide pioneering work with services) such as Ku X Coffee were awarded.  “6 items of two constructions” for facilitating innovation and entrepreneurship were released, which will subsidize the construction of “public innovative spaces”, offer allowance to office spaces, support investmentand funds introduction in“two construction platforms”, and help hold diverse entrepreneurial service activities, including entrepreneurship contest and project road show. A single institute can receive the highest annual financial support of 46,320 dollars. The newly recognized “public innovative spaces” can receive a one-off award ranging from 7,720 dollars to 46,320 dollars, while the newly recognized “Incubators” can receive an one-time award ranging from 30,880 dollars to 154,400 dollars.

Zhuang Guangming, member of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yichang high-tech zone said that we need to vigorously foster technology innovative organs and improve the technology service system so as to break a new ground for technological innovation. He required that the excellent working style of “do not leave the unsettled documents overnight, do not set back unsolved problem till next day” should be adhered to and the “seven practices” should be followed, therefore we can actively provide services and support the development of enterprises, thus making greater contributions in the high-tech zone construction at the first-class level as well as ranking among the top 50 nationwide.
