On 6th April, Shuneng Beverage Project, which produces Chinese first beverages exclusively developed for postoperatives, went into operation in Shaw Tea Industrial Park of Yiling economic and technical development zone, and the project has broken the monopoly of foreign companies.

It is learned that this beverage is a kind of energy and nutrient supplement for both preoperative and postoperative patients, which can alleviate their symptoms in the time of absolute diet, and it fills the gap in the domestic market.

The project, with a total investment of 200million, has been jointly founded by Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Shaw Tea Group Co., Ltd. and has integrated both sides’ advantages in production technology, food and beverage. At present, an automatic clean production line has been built with an annual capacity of 75 million bottles, which can generat an annual production value of 1.5 billion yuan.
