The online service platform for the whole-process e-business license registration in Hubei province (Yichang pilot project) and issuance ceremony of Hubei province\'s first e-business license will be opened in Yichang; by then, Yichang will become the third city providing e-business license following Shenzhen and Dongguan, according to Yichang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Industry.

Featuring paperless use, non-face-to-face procedure and zero cost, the whole-process e-business license registration is a new pattern of management which is based on e-business licenses for online application, online service, online review, online publicity, online licensing and e-record preservation. Such a registration steers enterprises from the complex registration procedure in the past by legitimizing e-signature, verifying information automatically, synthesizing data intelligently and user-friendly online guidance, thus ensuring that people can stay indoors to declare nationally recognized e-business licenses online.
