KFW Promotional Loan experts conducted the second contractual acceptance check for two landfills in Xiaoting and Dianjun and their garbage transfer projects, parts of China-Germany Financial Cooperation Projects, which marked the completion of China-Germany Financial Cooperation Yichang Urban Sewage and Garbage Process Projects.  

It is said that Yichang Urban Sewage and Garbage Process Projects-- Garbage process equipment supply and installation contract was signed and came into effect on 13th March, 2012. The contract stipulates that KFW Promotional Loan supplies and installs the equipment, and performs the contract in phases according to the progress of the two landfills and related service area engineering projects. There are two contract acceptance checks. The range of the first check was the supply of landfill auxiliary management equipment and vehicles, and the supply, installation and test of landfill impermeable material equipment. Those finished on 4th September, 2014. It was the second check this time. The range was installation test, pilot operation and acceptance service of garbage transfer system equipment and permeated liquid process equipment in Xiaoting and Dianjun, and landfill gas incinerator in Xiaoting.

KFW Promotional Loan experts inspected Xiaoting landfill incinerator system, Jinling Road and Xinzheng Road garbage transfer stations, Dianjun landfill, and Jiangnan Avenue garbage transfer station on that day. They highly praised the construction of the two landfills. (Journalist Zhang Liang)
